Spiga – Italian Excellence with Two Hats

Recently awarded a prestigious Two-Hat Achievement, Spiga has quickly become one of the country’s most stylish Italian eateries. With their flair for authentic flavours and refined presentation, expect dishes that transport you to the heart of Italy while pairing seamlessly with New Zealand’s finest wines. A true taste of la dolce vita, right here at Winetopia. 

Nanam - Flavours of the Philippines 

A long-standing Winetopia favourite, Nanam has once again been recognised in the Cuisine Good Food Guide 2025. The team continues to earn praise for their bold, modern Filipino cuisine and warm hospitality. At this year’s Winetopia, Chef Jess Granada brings her passion for Filipino food to the Viaduct Events Centre, with dishes that highlight the vibrant and diverse culinary traditions of the Philippines.

From her Australasia Tapas competition winning ‘Longganisa’ Wagyu beef taco to her iconic crispy pork belly, Lechon – you can pair each creation with wines that harmonise with the depth and intensity of flavour. 

Hazy Tiger - Contemporary New Zealand Cuisine

New on the Winetopia block, Hazy Tiger is set to spice things up with its unique take on contemporary Korean cuisine. Known for bold flavours, colourful presentation and playful innovation, their dishes are the perfect match for a lively tasting adventure. Prepare for a menu that surprises and delights while pairing beautifully with both classic and unexpected wine varieties.
