Add-On Experiences
Masterclasses
Each year we run a series of guru-led masterclasses as an add-on. Led by respected wine writers, sommeliers and educators, they take a small group deep into a theme, a region, or a set of standout wines. Masterclasses require a GA or Premium ticket and are released with each year's programme.

Sammy Wilkinson, aka The Wine Writer
Sammy is a wine reviewer, educator, writer, and judge with 18 years of industry experience spanning the UK, New Zealand and California. A Stage 2 Master of Wine student and WSET Diploma holder, she brings serious wine knowledge without taking wine too seriously.
Now based in Nelson, Sammy has worked across buying, brand strategy, education and production, including hands-on harvests in Nelson, Marlborough and Sonoma. Expect her masterclasses to be clear, lively and refreshingly down-to-earth, helping audiences trust their palate, ask better questions and discover what is genuinely worth drinking.
