Third Parties

The Winetopia App uses Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates as a third-party service provider for payment Services (e.g., card acceptance, merchant settlement, and related services), and all ticket purchases to Winetopia Auckland 2025 will be made through Flicket Limited as a ticketing box office (both being a "Third-Party Service Provider"). By paying for any portion of the Services, you shall provide your payment details and any additional information required to complete your order directly to our Third-Party Service Provider.

Neither we, nor Flicket will store your credit card information for the purchase of tickets. Payment will be made by Flicket's third party payment gateway which is Stripe or Payment Express, which are both PCI-compliant internet payment gateway providers. Transferred data is encrypted over an SSL connection to ensure all transactions are transmitted securely. ​

All in-app purchases will be made via Stripe. By using the Winetopia App, you agree to be bound by Stripe's Privacy Policy (currently accessible at www.stripe.com/nz/privacy ) and its Terms of Service (currently accessible at https://stripe.com/ssa).

In using the Winetopia App and/or purchasing tickets to the Winetopia event, you consent and authorise Lemongrass Productions to share any information and payment instructions you provide with one or more Third-Party Service Provider(s) to the minimum extent required to complete your transactions.

Where you have opted in to receive information from the Winetopia event organisers via one of the Third-Party Service Provider(s), we will receive your contact details such as your:
name, email, phone number, transaction history relating to the event.

Please note that online payment transactions may be subject to validation checks by our Third-Party Service Provider and your card issuer, and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. For your protection, our Third-Party Service Provider uses various fraud prevention protocols and industry standard verification systems to reduce fraud and you authorize it to verify and authenticate your payment information. Your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or procInessing fee. We are not responsible for this. In some jurisdictions, our Third-Party Service Provider may use third parties under strict confidentiality and data protection requirements for the purposes of payment processing services.

Information collected via the Winetopia App
The Winetopia App will store information such as, but not limited to, your transaction history and the ratings you have given any wines. This is to help us improve the event, the Winetopia App and to provide better services to you in the future.

​In order to provide you with the best experience, we only disclose your personal information for the primary purpose for which it was collected or for a related secondary purpose where you would reasonably expect us to disclose the information. We may also disclose your personal information in any other way that is required or authorised by you or the law.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties which include but are not limited to our payment gateway, marketing, logistics and delivery partners and technology support to fulfil our services to you.
