For the wine connoisseurs, join our Sommeliers Candice Chow, Jeremy Ellis or Cuisine Wine Writer Mermaid Mary for a curated tasting of 3 wines and their recommended food pairings in the elegant surroundings of the Gaggenau kitchen. Share a tasting of what’s hot right now from Hawke’s Bay with Candice Chow, sip elegant Syrahs with Jeremy Ellis or taste premium Rosés with Mermaid Mary.  

 

Colin Fassnidge is best known for his long-standing role as judge on My Kitchen Rules and chef and restaurateur of Banksia Bistro and the Castlereagh by Fassnidge, both in New South Wales. Colin will be presenting a live culinary demo of some of his signature dishes.  

Our favourite Gaggenau chefs, Des Harris and Tim Read, will return to tempt and delight your taste-buds while creating gourmet treats alongside Sommelier Joe Wang as he offers delectable wine pairings for each bite.

 

New to Gaggenau this year, Tohu Wines presents: "Ngā hua a te whenua - a gift from the land" with tastings of their Tohu Whenua Single Vineyard series featuring Whenua Awa 'river lands' situated in Marlborough and Whenua Matua 'significant lands' sited in Nelson.
