Bristol Farm Pinot Noir is a small-volume, premium winemaking project created by two individuals experienced in the wine trade. In 2012 Wayne Condon approached Central Otago winemaker Brendan Seal with a wonderfully simple but ambitious plan. To produce only 200 cases of a single vineyard Central Otago Pinot Noir each year, and only release that wine when they felt it was ready to drink. No other restrictions. One wine. One region. Total commitment. So finally, here we are with the first releases.
